We Are looking for Bartender/Cocktail waitress
The primary responsibility of the Cocktail waitress is to provide excellent service to all guests who approach the Bar, prepare, and pour drinks, and keep the bar area cleaned and always stocked.
Must present a neat and professional appearance.
Must follow the drinks recipes from the house
- Work requires 3-year prior Cocktail or Bartending experience.
- Work requires at least 1-year previous money handling position
- Must have knowledge of beverages, glassware, and garnishes.
- Work requires effective communication in English, both verbal and written form in a professional manner.
- Work requires interactions with customers, public and co-workers.
- Work requires teamwork with other staff members.
- Work requires schedule flexibility which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
- Prepares ordered drinks with proper portions and ingredients such as wine, liquor and related bar service to guests at assigned stations.
- Mixes drinks according to prescribed recipes; keeps station stocked with all liquor, glasses and accessories necessary; accounts for all beginning cash register bank, all cash, and charge receipts.
- Operates a cash register, ringing the proper amount into the register and giving the guest or server the correct change.
- Possesses a keen sense of timing and is capable of discreetly speeding up or slowing down her station as necessary.
