We're hiring for the following positions:

Cashier (21 yrs+)

The primary responsibility of the Cashier is to accept cash or credit card transactions from guests in accordance with established procedures. The Cashier is also responsible for balancing cashier drawer at end of shift. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental policies, practices, and procedures.

Duties include, but are not limited, to the following:

Accept cash and credit cards as presented in accordance with established procedures

Accountability for cashier cash drawer

Able to operate a Cashier terminal

Knowledgeable with all food and beverage items on the menu

Ensuring their work space and counters are cleaned and organized

Friendly and pleasant to guest and co workers

Completes all paperwork in accordance with department policy and procedures

Must have a valid Health card.

Must have a valid Alcohol Awareness card.

Must have a valid Non-gaming work card.

Must be 21 years of age or older.

Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Bar Back

The responsibility of the Bar back is to assist the Bartender with providing friendly service, assist with maintaining, Â cleanliness and orderliness of bar, prepare mixes and garnishes and Stock all glassware, condiments, beer, paper products and other necessary items needed for efficient operation. All in accordance with departmental and Gen 3 Hospitality established procedures.

Duties include, but are not limited, to the following:

Primary function is to clean and stock the bar

Order and maintain supplies during their shift

Maintain departmental standards of cleanliness at all times

Prepare all mixes and garnish

Properly stock all glassware, condiments, beer, paper products, etc. and all other necessary items needed for efficient operation.

Assist Bartenders in the preparation of drinks when needed.

Must be trained in health code requirements.

Other job related duties as assigned.

Bus Person

The Bus Person is responsible for assisting the Servers, carrying trays, clearing & resetting tables. Conducting table maintenance and water/beverage service in a quiet and organized manner. The Bus Person will be accountable for completing side work, maintain health code standards and provide excellent customer service for our guests.

Duties include, but are not limited, to the following:

Candidates must be able to communicate in English fluently and in a professional manner.

Requires minimum of 1 year previous work experience in a casual dining restaurant or lounge.

Candidates must be organized and possess the ability to set and clear tables without breakage.

Requires the ability to work efficiently and within a team environment.

Requires lifting/pushing/pulling up to 50lbs throughout the shift.

Requires valid Health card.

Host Person

The primary responsibility of the Host Person is to greet and seat guests in an efficient and friendly manner. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices, and procedures.

Duties include, but are not limited, to the following:

Ensures guests are greeted and seated in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.

Communicates effectively with guests, both in person and by phone.

Assists servers as needed.

Cleans tables and other areas as needed.

Maintains full knowledge of menu options to be able to offer suggestions to meet the guest’s special requests or dietary needs.

Adheres to and complies with both departmental and overall property policies and procedures.

Dishwasher

The primary responsibility of a dishwasher is to ensure the overall cleanliness and sanitation of all back of house kitchen. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices, and procedures.

Duties include, but are not limited, to the following:

Ensure cleanliness of the kitchen by washing dishes, pots and pans.

Cleans up all trash in kitchens and/or assigned areas.

Polishes silverware.

Ensure assigned kitchen is prepared to meet anticipated level of business for the day.

Must demonstrate knowledge of proper chemical storage.

Provides proper support to other departments involved in overall kitchen success.

Consistently meet required sanitation standards.

Accomplish daily cleaning duties in an efficient and proper manner.

Adheres to and complies with both departmental and overall property policies and procedures.

Performs additional duties as directed by management.
