Job Description:Must have Hospitality experience
- Eight (8) years of experience in technology primarily focused in functional testing.
- Provide strategic and tactical direction in the performance of all test levels within the Enterprise Quality Assurance function.
- Lead test activities in accordance with established policies and standards.
- Drive test deliverables on a project basis being responsive to schedule and quality requirements.
- Design tests with re-use in mind to fast-track quality testing of products.
- Partner with the development team in collaboration to deliver testable software.
- Implement test verification (e.g., Technical Reviews) and validation (e.g., Function Test or System Test) practices, standards, metrics, training, and processes.
- Drive product readiness while supporting both technical and business teams.
- Establish fact-based measures of test efficiency, effectiveness and product readiness.
- Partner with client groups to ensure that the testing strategy is understood, in use, test prerequisites are completed and that test outputs are analyzed.
- Previous experience working in a similar hospitality setting.
- Previous experience in testing on web-based, e-commerce applications, including understanding and knowledge of web services and API level testing.
- Previous experience managing offshore third-party vendors.
- Previous experience with agile-based development or Scrums and working with distributed teams.
- Knowledge with test automation frameworks for Selenium.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
