I need someone who can make it to work and is at least semi knowledgeable in the following areas;
plumbing
cabinetry
tile
cement/concrete
life proof flooring
window repair
laminate flooring
doors
minor electrical
counter tops
paint (interior/exterior)
texture
sheetrock
I am willing to start you off at 12 an hour to start then what I call bump or fire after 90 days. That's to say a raise to reasonable wage based on knowledge or let you go within 90 days.
I am a 15 year vet and talk as such. So if you get hurt feelings about being told you did wrong or can't handle a mommas joke then please don't apply. I like to keep it very professional but also light and fun.
Right now I pay cash and will take on anyone possessing these skills for a trial period.
There is one catch it is hourly piece work. This means you don't get paid till 4 working days after the job ends. I am still small and do not have a payroll yet so you get paid when I do.
Though not required I prefer veterans.
