Apartment Maintenance Technician for our Apartment Complex in Henderson
Permanent, Full Time, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday)
$22 per hour DOE
We are hiring maintenance techs for our luxury apartment complex in Henderson, please send us a resume with your work history and experience so we see if you are the right fit. We are looking for people with experience, stable work history and work ethic.
What we are looking for:
General Maintenance: Execute painting and drywall repairs with finesse
Repairs & Installations: Tackle door repairs, sliding closet door installations, and fixture upgrades
Plumbing Pro: Master everything from snaking drains to installing dishwashers
Electrical Expert: Easily replace outlets, switches, and ceiling fans
Appliance Troubleshooting: Handle installations and repairs for garbage disposals, dishwashers, and window A/C unitsHVAC experience is a plus
Professional demeanor with a strong work ethic
Bilingual preferred for enhanced communication
Excellent customer service skills to foster great resident relationships
Requirements:
Minimum of 3-4 years of maintenance experience; we’re happy to train the right candidate!
- Knowledge of basic repair, painting, and cleaning techniques.
- Ability to turnover apartment make-ready's in a timely manner.
- Must have reliable transportation and tools
