The Porter position is responsible for maintaining the common areas of the apartment community in a clean and orderly condition. Perform general housekeeping and grounds clean-up duties, keeping sidewalks clear of trash, debris, snow and ice, by raking or sweeping, etc. May perform other clean up duties including, but not limited to, vacuuming, window washing, dusting, taking out trash, etc.
Requirements for this position include a minimum of two months experience as a porter or similar position. High school diploma or equivalent desired, but not a requirement. Must be polite and professional approach and have excellent customer service skills.
