272-unit apartment complex located in Las Vegas currently seeks an experienced Porter /Janitorial Position
QUALIFICATIONS:
The perfect candidate for the position would have experience and skill in all trades relevant to general residential maintenance and cleaning including but not limited to:
Strong well rounded residential cleaning skills.
Receive day to day tasks to maintenance team.
Completing maintenance service requests of current residents.
Responding to emergency service calls when necessary.
Maintaining the grounds, leasing office and all recreation facilities.
Customer service oriented with a strong work ethic and professional attitude and appearance.
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Rate of pay is negotiable based on experience of applicant. Benefits after 90 days probationary period. All candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen and a criminal background check
