Our Henderson based law firm seeks a full time associate attorney to join a successful legal team in servicing and building our diverse client base. Our firm, located in the upscale office complex at the District, specializes in a wide range of practice areas from estate planning and probate to asset protection and business law. We are looking for an experienced and engaged attorney who desires to move to the next level in their legal practice, and become an integral part of our firm. The role would focus primarily on business related transactions including entity/partnership structuring, as well as contract review and drafting. Probate experience also desired. Candidates must be licensed to practice in Nevada and should possess at least three years of experience, excellent written and communication skills and strong interpersonal skills for communicating with clients and staff. Candidates must be diligent, detail oriented and demonstrate an ability to work independently and productively. All qualified candidates must submit a letter of interest and resume.
