Our growing apartment community is looking for dedicated Leasing Consultant to become a part of our team!
Positions Available:
Leasing Consultant: Assist walk-in prospective residents, conduct property tours, and ensure a smooth move-in process. Also respond to email inquiries on available rentals and scheduling for showings.

Key Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with prospective residents
Conduct and schedule showings to available units
Manage leasing inquiries and process applications
Additional duties may be assigned based on property needs
Requirements:
Excellent communication and customer service skills (leasing experience not required)
Previous leasing or property management experience preferred
Availability to work weekends when needed
Reliable transportation to work at different properties throughout San Diego
Basic Computer skills and quick learner
Employment Type: Full-time,8-5:PM , Tue-Sat or Sun-Thu
Compensation: $19 - $22 DOE
