Job Summary

The Office and Fulfillment Assistant is the caretaker of customer orders - order inputting, invoicing, shipping decisions, order building, product picking and fulfillment from order item review, address and shipping method review, packing, customer notifications, and inventory. As caretaker of customer orders, this individual is very important to our success in exceeding customer expectations. It prepares the talented and hardworking individual for future advancement and responsibilities in Operations, Inventory Management, e-Commerce and General Management.

Main Responsibilities

- initiates and completes the order building process.

- Picks products for order building, packing and shipping.

- Input orders for production of sales receipts and shipping labels.

- Review customer orders to determine items to be gathered, packed and shipped.

- Reviews sales invoices for accuracy and completeness.

- Follows up with staff or customers to resolve identified discrepancies.

- Reviews postal and shipping method for correctness and cost-effectiveness.

- Notifies customers of shipping status.

- Receives and checks deliveries of office supplies and products.

- Cycle inventory, product counts and restocking.

- Identifies products that may need to be re-ordered.

- Assists in web content, pricing and data inputs to the web system.

- Performs other job-related duties as may be assigned.

+ General computer knowledge with experience in Internet, basic html and Microsoft Office
