- Maintain and organize the front office and assist the owner, manager and other employees in ways that optimize procedures
- Organize office and appointments
- Sort and distribute time sensitive communications daily
- Review and input invoices
- Issue, send invoices and check status of payments
- Contact vendors to order and return necessary parts
[Required Skills]
- Proven experience as office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Read and write good English, Bi-lingual Spanish - helpful
- Excellent computer skills - Excel and Word
