PAY IS $20 / HOUR DOE
FULL TIME - DAYS
Requirements:
Experience with Apartment Complexes (multi-family)
EXPERIENCE IN HVAC, ELECTRICAL, APPLIANCE DIAGNOSIS/REPAIR & PLUMBING PREFERRED.
EXPERIENCE WITH GAS HVAC, APPLIANCE , FURNACE IS A MUST
- Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance projects
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Experience in facilities maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
