Let me introduce myself
My name is Nick and I am the founder of the Go SOLD Group and The Triumphant Agent Real Estate Coaching Company.
If you are reading this, you and I are very similar and both have a passion for real estate!
I dropped out of college when I was 19 years old and got into real estate
I was broke, scared and way out of my league trying to learn to sell real estate in the super competitive Phoenix market. To top it off, it was 2005 and the HOTTEST our local market had ever been!
I had no leads, no clients and no training. And the "broker" who hired me (or better put, took my $499 start up fee) and promised to train me, was always too busy.
I tried to do open houses. I tried to call expired and FSBO's. I did mailers. But 8 months later I still had no clients and no sales. I was upset and frustrated with no hope in sight and ready to give up on my dream of selling real estate and making money in this business.
Then my life changed forever
I met my mentor CJ and joined him selling homes. He taught me how to sell homes. He helped me get clients. He taught me about marketing and packaging myself as an expert. He was a mentor and a friend. And ONLY 7 days after I started with him I had my first sale
8 months of nothing and after 7 days with him a sale? WOW!

Selling 2-3 homes per month and making six figures in real estate won't come easy. It will take a lot of work. Lot's of late nights and weekends. Lots of phone calls, open houses and showing homes. Clearly making $100K+ in real estate is not typical and won't happen for everyone, nor am I saying it will happen to you. The average agent sells 2.3 homes per year.
