Robert Half Technology is seeking an experienced Chief Information Officer (CIO) to join one of our clients team and oversee all facets of technology including strategy, applications, infrastructure, support, and execution. This is an outstanding opportunity to provide vision and lead the firm's IT strategy, create business value through technology, and transform functional and IT operations using innovation and continuous improvement.Responsibilities:- The CIO has overall responsibility and accountability for the people, processes, data security and technology that make up IT infrastructure, applications, and cybersecurity.
- Ensures that the technology infrastructure is reliable, maintainable, scalable, flexible, and secure.
- Ensures that the internal IT environment continues to remain designed to best suit the changing needs of Rea & Associates employees.
- Leads the future vision by leveraging information and technology.
- Sets objectives and strategies for the IT department.
- Selects and implements suitable technology to streamline all internal operations and help optimize their strategic benefits.
- Designs and customizes technological systems and platforms to improve customer experience
- Plans the implementation of new systems and provide guidance to IT professionals and other staff within the organization.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of information services and professional services management experience.
- Demonstrated experience in IT strategic planning, organization design, leadership, development, and operational management.
- Outstanding leadership and strategic thinking skills with strong ability to effectively create and communicate the IT vision and inspire and motivate IT staff.
- Experience with ERP Implementations is a must
- Strong business acumen with the ability to navigate a matrixed business environment.
- Expertise in budget planning and financial management of IT.
- Ability to drive organizational change within and beyond IT functions.
- Knowledge and understanding of emerging technologies.
- Expertise with Information Security and Privacy practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technology to business leaders, Board members, and others not immersed within the technology world.
