Field Supervisor Position Available - This is a salaried position
Morrison Security is expanding our operation, and we currently looking for applicants interested in joining our team for Field Supervision.
DUTIES/RESPONISBILITIES
- visit site locations and inspect staff
- ensure staff has proper credentials while working, as well as verify staff is in proper uniform
- train staff to specific post order instructions for client job site
- inspect the guard tour report and address any issues with the officers in regards to infractions in the rounds
- respond and fill any call offs after hours, this includes responding and standing post until filled
- complete a detailed report after the shift
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have 3 years verifiable field supervision experience
- Must be ARMED and have personal weapon
- Must have valid credentials: PILB Card.
- Must be able to pass an extensive background check and have a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass drug and alcohol screening
- Must be clean cut
- Must commit to working nights/ weekends/holidays
- Must have excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Required to fill all posts that become while on shift
- Required to respond or stay after shift if necessary
- Must take and follow specific direction from the Operations Manager
- Must be a team player, and work professionally with the field team
