Briefly Explain your ExperienceCandidate must have a minimum of a 4-year bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Network Operations and Security or closely related field of study.

Candidate must have a minimum 4 years of experience working as a Network Technician in an enterprise environment.

Candidate must have a minimum 2 years of experience in:

  • working in a multi-tenant data network utilizing Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS) or Shortest Path Bridging (SPB), or similar technologies

  • the design, configuration, and deployment of dynamic routing protocols in a multi-regional network

  • configuring and maintaining a multicast content delivery network.

Candidate must have a minimum 2 years of experience and be proficient in the proper use of network analysis tools and equipment, such as Wireshark and Exfo, Fluke, or other similar network test equipment

Candidate must be a proactive nature with ability to solve problems.

Candidate must have excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Desired: Candidate will have experience configuring and maintaining multi-region SPB and MPLS networks for transporting mission-critical and public-safety data in a secure and highly reliable manner.

Desired: Candidate will possess one of more of the following certifications:

  • Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise Certified System Expert (ACSE) or Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise Certified Field Expert (ACFE
