Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Security Guard to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the safety and security of our yard and equipment. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent observation skills, and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism. This will be an evening shift Friday through Sunday from 5pm to 5am.
Responsibilities:
Patrol assigned areas and monitor premises to prevent theft or any unauthorized activity.
Conduct regular security checks and inspections.
Monitor yard cameras and report any suspicious activities or incidents.
Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns.
Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and ensure the safety of all individuals on the premises.
Perform access control duties by checking identification, verifying credentials, and granting or denying entry as
appropriate.
Conduct investigations into incidents or breaches of security protocols.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in security is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must maintain alertness and focus throughout the duration of the shift
Must be able to provide evidence of your legal right to work in the U.S.
