MUST be an experienced Appointment Setter or other phone sales experience.
ROLE
Make outbound calls as well as take inbound calls for resort owners, guests and other marketing leads. These calls will be for the purpose of inviting them to come out and tour related resorts in exchange for gifts and/or mini vacations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Make outbound calls from marketing database to invite them to specified resorts
Maintain call quality and production standards as defined by the department
Ensure accurate input of data and accurate information to the consumer
Do follow up outbound calls as necessary
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
Must have phone sales experience
Great communication skills verbally and written
Enthusiastic
Experience in service industry sales or customer service
Must have flexible work schedule
Basic Computer Skills
