We are a full service Insurance Agency offering Auto, Home, Specialty, Life, Commercial and other types of Insurance. We represent a top-rated well know carrier and have been in business for 92 years. We are seeking Agents or Agency Producers to pro-actively identify new business opportunities, relationships and achieve sales goals through selling/cross selling existing, past and future clients.
Our Agency is not a high pressure, micro-managing, pipe-dream environment. We focus on employee coaching, development, goal attainment, growth of our team members and doing the right thing for our clients.
We offer full policy commissions with rewarding performance based bonuses on a 1099 basis. We are looking for full-time team members of any experience.
Licenses in Insurance, Property & Casualty, Personal Lines, and/or Life & Health along with passing background check are conditions of employment.
