- Understand business requirement to extent to coordinate meetings with Business teams, Product owners, Analysts, Partner systems to finalize solution. Experience on Agile and Waterfall.
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups. Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
- Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders). Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.
- Applying the appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product Testing Team Analyze use cases and requirements to design automation features.
- Enhance and extend the test automation framework, system, and libraries. Guide offshore and onsite teams.
- Provide support for automation issues for multiple project teams
- Ability to test the Kiosk, LMS, POS, Infinium, ACSC, CRS, Table, Slot and Gaming applications
- Ability to participate and support in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Hands on SQL queries and database concepts, Ability to support user queries with the right spirit and optimal resolution time
- Expertise implementing automation in multiple channels (API, Web Browser, Mobile Browser and App, Desktop).
- Hands on expertise in test automation architecture, framework design & development and scripting
