Warehouse Director for Vegas Warehouse
Audio/Visual warehouse experience a MUST

Position Overview:
The Director of Warehouse Operations manages the day-to-day activities of all warehouse related activities, reporting to a member of senior management.
Responsibilities:
Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders.
Oversee all activities related to the control, receipt, storage, retrieval, and shipment of inventory.
Ensure proper maintenance and functionality of all warehouse machinery and equipment.
Ensure the highest standards are maintained for safety, housekeeping, and compliance with all government and company standards. Conduct and record regular safety meetings and training.
Manage all warehouse staff including training, employee development, performance evaluation, hiring, and the establishment of goals and performance objectives.
Oversee a cycle count program and make recommendations for improving inventory accuracy.
Maximize use of warehouse by planning, layout of product floor, and implementing an efficient product handling systems.
Basic Qualifications/Experience:
Minimum 5 years in a warehouse/distribution supervisory/management role.
Experience with a manufacturer and or distributor of consumer products to national retailers.
Knowledge of EDI, including ASNs.
Import and export experience.
General PC and Microsoft Office proficiency.
Associate, BS/BA degree in business or equivalent experience/education in warehouse management.
Excellent communication skills, bilingual Spanish/English a plus.
