Bob's Repair is a family operated company based in Las Vegas, Nevada. We are looking to add an AC Air Conditioning HVAC Technician to our team.
Must-Have:

Sufficient Air Conditioning Training

Own Service van or Truck to use for jobs.
Basic Tools
Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing new and old HVAC equipment. Working with a high degree of honesty and integrity to promote a positive image. Excel in communication and follow through to properly complete task at hand and most importantly Deliver Exceptional Customer ServiceĀ by establishing a great rapport with the customer.
Job Duties:
Deliver exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction, Establish a great rapport with the customer
Proficient in service repair of HVAC equipment, Proficient in sales of HVAC equipment and service agreements, Perform Precision Tune - Ups, Ability to complete required paperwork and assigned tasks effectively and efficiently, Ability to adapt to changes, Follow all standard operating procedures, Comprehensive refrigerant trouble, Minimum of 3 years HVAC Service Maintenance and Repair experience, EPA Certified, High School diploma or equivalent Key Competencies, Confident and self motivated, Valid drivers license, Satisfactory driving record as required by the companys insurance provider, Background check
Excellent work ethic and professionalism
Must be EPA and 410a certified. Must read, write, and speak fluent English. Drug-Free Workplace and a clean driving record is necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $25 /hour or $1330 a month plus 15% commission on Gross Profit.
