We are looking for someone who can do a wide variety of things from basic household repairs to complete rehabs/remodels as well as tenant improvement work. We are looking for someone who can work alone and get the job done in a timely manner as well as working good as part of a team. Someone who can follow direction, has a good work ethic, attention to detail and a can do attitude. Please have at least 5 years experience and your own tools and your own (TRUCK or VAN not a CAR) as you will need to pickup materials and supplies sometimes. We are only looking for workers not looking for foreman, superintendent, Managers, only workers at tis time
