Senior Maintenance Tech

We are looking for Senior Maintenance Techs to be in charge of the apartment turns at our properties. They will supervise all other maintenance personnel on the property. They will deal with all outside vendors on things related to maintenance or upkeep of the property. They will negotiate pricing of all jobs bid by outside vendors. They will sign off on all work completed by outside vendors. Primary responsibility is turning quality apartments in a timely manner. This is a full-time position that answers directly to the property general manager. We offer a complete benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance.
