Job Description
The Revzilla Fulfillment Center in North Las Vegas is currently looking for a Returns Team Lead!
This is a 2nd shift position: 3pm - 11:45pm Monday - Friday.Our Returns Team Lead:- Trains employees in returns department functions
- Supports Tier 2 inspectors in completing refurbishment, blem, and vendor return processes
- Performs quality checks on outbound orders when requested by the Customer Service team
- Records metrics for Returns team members
- Manage team’s labor kiosk in accordance with direct and indirect paths
- Provides feedback on customer experiences, issues and opportunities to customer service
- Facilitates unauthorized returns, return to sender packages, and misshipments
- Proactively recognizes potential challenges with customer experience and products. Escalates to the appropriate party
- Ability to work throughout the distribution center
- Embody and embrace the qualities of a Returns Lead that a Returns Team Member would expect from a mentor. Promote Comoto’s ideal leadership qualities to your team, peers, supervisors, and managers
- Be a strong presence and serve as a leader and representative of Comoto
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Core Competencies:- Commitment to Comoto’s Core Values
- Minimum of 1 year leadership experience required.
- Superior attention to detail
- Solid data entry experience
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Established communication, interpersonal, and listening skills
- Efficient Chrome navigation
- Ability to interact and work in a fast-paced environment, wearing multiple hats
- Time management skills and the ability to organize multiple priorities
- Ability to work a schedule outside of normal business hours
