Immediate opening is available to fill by an Accountant/Bookkeeper with more than 5 years of experience. The company is a small successful, well-established and well-run company. Its customers are high end sophisticated businesses. Preferred candidate must have the experience to independently run an Accounting Office. Most importantly, must have the accuracy in data entry and the habit to verify work by double checking for accuracy. Candidate must have experience in all aspects of accounting. From AR, AP, PR, GE, TB, to close books each month. Pay special attention to timely pay dues especially State and Federal taxes. Must complete work at hand on schedule. Work environment is very friendly with few office team members. In this position there will be some additional responsibilities, like HR, Insurance, and general help.
