Juniper Services, LLC has an immediate opening for a full-time Accounts Payable/Payroll Specialist. The position requires working closely with the Controller. The Accounts Payable/Payroll Specialist is responsible for processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices, completing payments, and processing patient and insurance refunds. Additionally, the position is responsible for accurate and timely processing and recording of company payroll and reconciliation of payroll journal entries to interface into general ledger. Additional responsibilities include maintaining and providing accurate and timely financial information, researching and analyzing data, and preparing reports as directed. A successful candidate must possess strong computer skills, is able to maintain strict confidentiality in dealing with sensitive information (include payroll), has knowledge of Sage, and has 5+ years of experience in accounting. Experience with a multi-entity organization a plus.
