Dunham Trust Company (DTC) offers a wide range of traditional trust services designed to meet virtually any client need, from custodial accounts and safekeeping of assets, to family trusts, wealth management and investment options. Headquartered in Reno, Nevada, Dunham Trust Company was chartered in 1999. The firm also has executive offices in Loveland, Colorado.

The Operations Administrator is responsible for providing operational and accounting support in our main office in Reno, NV on a part-time, non-exempt basis. Prefer 20-30 hours per week; there is some flexibility in office hours, but employee must work in the office (not remotely).

Essential Functions:

Perform administrative and accounting tasks as needed;

Perform data entry accurately and efficiently;

Perform basic bookkeeping tasks that may include: processing incoming and outgoing checks, wires, and ACHs; processing recurring redemptions; performing bill pay; reconciling accounts.

Back up receptionist as needed;

Open and close accounts and perform client record changes;

Assist with processing of monthly, quarterly, and annual fees;

Accurately manage multiple spreadsheets;

Assist operations team and administrative staff with other projects as needed;

Education Required:

A.A. degree in Business, Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience

Experience Required:

2-3 years of bookkeeping experience;

Evidence of accurate data entry skills;

Excellent organizational skills with outstanding attention to detail;

Experience working with various accounting- and/or accounts payable systems;

Aptitude to learn new systems; ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong customer service skills;

Ability to think and work independently, as well as in a team environment.

Special Skills Required:

Very good Excel and other MS Office skills;

Extremely accurate data entry skills.
