This role is a combinations of Finance, HR, Purchasing, and other typical operations functions along with a healthy dose of product operations - getting involved in the business of the business and directly working with the CEO as directed. The focus will shift from month to month but you could be helping support a new regional launch with marketing, surveys or a customer coordination role (surveying, providing information or gathering feedback). Or it could be taking over for a an employee on vacation or handling a product launch. You will be able to handle a lot of different responsibilities as needed so you are super smart, communicative, energetic, proactive, flexible, (did I mention energetic and communicative) and willing to work with a manager who drives hard. You probably have some tech company experience, familiarity with computers and routers and know what it's like to work in a technical environment and can pick up the language and skills of our flavor of technology quickly - in our case, networking.
You know whats reasonable to expect of yourself and don't mind asking for help when you see a challenge rising or a change that will impact your ability to be successful. You are a communicator. You have the confidence to know when to speak up and the ability to know when to push your point and when to back off and have worked in environments where you helped other employees grow, relate to each other and perform.
