We are a well located Manufactured home park in Sparks, NV looking for a positive upbeat management team with a combination of management, office, and maintenance skills to maintain our park. We train on site with our programs.
Skills needed are the following:
One person who focuses more on office details:
Need to be Detail oriented
Punctual
Computer efficient
Ability to converse with tenants and subcontractors
Ability to collect rents
Accurate bookkeeping abilities
Ability to problem solve
Need good driving record for travel to bank, etc.
Ability to lift 40 pounds. Occasionally will carry weight or lift objects
up to 40 pounds
One person who focuses more on Maintenance details:
Cleaning grounds, weed control, mowing lawns, sweeping stairwells, etc.
Ability to do light repairs in areas of plumbing, electric, carpentry, etc.
Need good driving record for travel to bank, etc.
Ability to lift 40 pounds. Occasionally will carry weight or lift objects
up to 40 pounds
We are looking for a Resident Management team that is seeking long term employment with the possibility for further advancement. Team members will be serious minded but handle pressure well in a relaxed manner.
Compensation includes a newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath home plus salary based on experience (DOE)
