In this role you'll be doing the following
Reviewing agreements and orders to ensure all legal requirements are met with completed supporting documentation
Heavy Data Entry and Excel usage on the computer
Ensure all data entered is compliant
Answers e-mail inquiries from internal and external customers
Processes and investigates customer queries
Contacts customers for resolution/follow up purpose
Qualifications and Skills
Day Shift: 9 AM - 5 PM / Swing Shift 3 PM-12 AM midnight
Potential candidates must be able to work overtime and have a flexible schedule.During month end close we work OT the last 5-10 days of the month at 12-14 hour days including weekends (sometimes 16 hour days)
High school diploma or GED
Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) & 10-key Data Entry
1 year experience in similar data entry or administrative role
6 months+ Customer Service
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
Call Center type environment
Paid Training, Global exposure and unlimited lattes and cappuccinos
