Smart Hire Now is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing team! This is individual will be coordinating interviews with our Candidates, Recruiters and Clients. You will also be tasked with candidate and client follow up which is key to success in our business. It may sound easy but there are a lot of moving parts! This is a remote (work from home position) with initial training done in office in Zephyr Cove. Hourly pay is $13/hr for 40 hour work weeks plus $100 commission for each placement made. Yearly compensation goal is $40,000 to $45,000/year. Please submit your resume to be considered for the position.
