Who we're looking for:
We are seeking a head chef to work in an office environment and fast-paced startup culture. The ideal candidate will have a broad set of skills and experiences and will be open to having their role grow within the company. We will be filming the chef cooking on our appliances and products, the Chef will be responsible for cooking meals and being on-camera, coming up with meals and recipes. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to work in a startup culture and corporate environment, being a part of a growing Kitchen and Bath company that competes with Viking, Wolf, Miele in the manufacturing and reselling of ranges.
Our products are sold in Lowe’s, Home Depot, Best Buy, and every major retailer in the country. This is an opportunity to cook meals, work with a thriving team and be on company advertisements, promotional materials, and product launches.

We are a fast-paced startup and online retailer in the Kitchen and Bath industry. We are growing at a rapid pace and looking for motivated candidates that want to grow with us, for the long term. We are currently introducing new products in several new markets and partner with local contractors to world-class retailers such as Lowes, Home Depot, Sam's Club, Amazon, Menards, and Sears.

Key Roles:
Head Chef for the company.
Executive chef experience, with 3 or more excellent references.
Cook for content purposes, comfort being filmed and photographed by a media team.
Key Roles and Responsibility:
- Create new entrees for the menu
- Ensure all food safety regulations are followed
- Inspect the quality of the food
- Be aware of new culinary trends and recipes
- Coordinate with camera crew, creative team and social media marketing team
- Manage special dietary needs for team members
- Oversee purchasing to stay within certain budget

Requirements and Qualifications:
Qualifications for Head Chef
- Ability to manage an entire kitchen
- 3+ Years of experience as Head Chef or similar capacity
- Budgeting skills to control costs
- Incredible food preparation abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- Deep knowledge of the food industry and trends
- Incredible time management skills
- Ability to pass a background test
- Ability to create new menu items
- Fun and outgoing personality for video content
- Creative for recipes and exciting culinary ideas
- Degree in culinary arts a plus
- Must be able to pass a background check and provide 3 professional references.
