A hotel management group responsible for managing multiple motels in South Lake Tahoe, CA is looking for a Part time Hotel Maintenance Supervisor / Manager.
The ideal candidate is a local residing in Tahoe Basin, Carson Valley area.
Position is open to candidates who have another full time job.
Our schedule is flexible, We will work around your schedule in your first job.
Responsibilities:
. Responsible for the overall upkeep of the properties.
. Perform routine walk-through of motel rooms, property grounds to identify
and resolve property issues regarding repair, maintenance.
. Ensure the property grounds are clean and free of debris and trash.
. Perform routine property maintenance tasks on properties.
. Supervise the work from other maintenance staff members.
