A hotel management group responsible for managing multiple motels in South Lake Tahoe, CA is looking for a Property Manager / Property Upkeep Supervisor.
The ideal candidate will have some "hands-on" hotel / property management experience. Knowledge of all aspects of upkeep, repair, and property maintenance is required.
The candidate needs to be self-driven, with the ability to work without or limited supervision. Cleanliness and attention to detail is critical. Must be able to supervise and complete the needed work within limited budget and resources.
Experience with apartment property management, vacation rental management or any other types of direct property maintenance management is highly desirable.
Must be Local to area around South Lake Tahoe or Carson Valley. We will consider candidates with full time jobs looking for second part time job.
Responsibilities:
. Oversee, maintain, and inspect all designated buildings and properties.
. Inspecting and arranging maintenance to meet standards.
. Ensure the property grounds are clean and free of debris and trash.
. Coordinate ongoing maintenance and inspections to comply with all relevant laws, codes, and company policies.
. Maintains building systems by contracting for maintenance services and supervising repairs.
. Prepare and maintain all records, correspondence, and files.
