Position Title: Vacation Rental Business Assistant
Responsibilities:
Conduct property cleaning duties, encompassing bed changes, laundry, bathroom, kitchen, and all living areas upkeep.
Perform outdoor maintenance tasks including lawn mowing, trimming, and debris clearance.
Execute social media marketing initiatives, creating engaging photos and videos.
Undertake assorted business-related assignments such as project organization and scheduling.
Compensation and Hours:
$17.00 per hour as a 1099 Independent Contractor.
Initial workload: 10-15 hours per week.
