Responsibilities:
Gives report to the Nurse or designated charge person at the end of the shift.
Reports any changes to the Nurse or designated charge person immediately for determination of contacting the on-call Nurse.
Administering Oral medications to our residents, communicating necessary information to residents physicians office and documentation.
Assisting Care team responding to resident personal health button alerts, supervise and or assist in providing showers, baths and incontinent care.
Assist residents to dress/undress, transferring and escorting to meals and activities.
Assure the cleanliness and dignity of each resident - making each day the very best because that is what we do for our residents at Premier Residences of Reno.
