Hello! This position is working for a fast growing e-commerce company selling health supplements. This is a small and young company that is growing rapidly. The work atmosphere is relaxed and not corporate, you can wear everyday clothing to work.
Main Job Duty: Encapsulating product - We will teach you how to produce capsules using one of our machines.
Secondary Duties: Bagging capsules. Weighing powder. Labeling product. A little bit of general labor may be involved but this will be very light.
Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm Monday through Friday (30 minute lunch break). Hours can be flexible after we see your work and trust is built.
Advancement Opportunities: There is some advancement opportunity. There is 1 very important managerial role within our company that pays very well $36,000-$50,000 per year (starting salary) with great upside potential as you grow with our company. This role is responsible for managing the production team, communicating with customers, fulfilling orders, processing payments, and making sure the entire operation runs smoothly. Our last manager was promoted from this entry level production role and was an integral team member. Someone in this management position with 6 months - 1 year in the role can expect large raises if they prove themselves a capable manager. An excellent manager that can handle everything we ask of them and has been in the role for at least 6 months can expect to make roughly $50,000 per year. A manager that really excels can expect to make anywhere from $60,000-$75,000 per year.
