ServiceMaster 1st Response, a Water & Fire Damage Restoration Company in the greater Reno/Lake Tahoe area, is looking for an experienced detail orientated customer service professional. This is a hands on working position and you are in charge of your jobs and team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide services to residential and commercial clients, which includes packing out contents, and contents cleaning according to industry standards following fire, smoke or water damage
Interact with clients and insurance professionals to provide exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations
We are seeking energetic, reliable and positive team member/crew chief who is willing to learn new skills and enjoy working in a variety of different environments
Work hours are 7:30AM 4:30 PM and from time to time, you will be required to work (after hours and weekends).
REQUIREMENTS
Experience in communications with Insurance Adjusters, Property Managers and other related a restoration customers is a plus but not required.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds safely.
Must be able to perform overhead tasks, as well as tasks that include frequent bending and stooping.
Valid driving license required
Bi-lingual a plus
Customer 1st frame of mind
Ability to manage diverse situations
