Hello!

We are a well-established chauffeur company based in Truckee, CA, and we're seeking an energetic and well-rounded individual to help run our office, our shop, our business! It is definitely not just a desk job - there will be lots to do outside of the office!

Requirements to be successful in this role:

self-starter and fast-learner with an extreme attention to detail and organization

excellent verbal and written communication skills

customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor and sunny personality

ability to work independently and multi-task

problem-solver who can handle challenges and remain calm under pressure

familiar with and knowledgeable about the Tahoe area

computer, spreadsheet (Google docs), and smartphone-savvy

please be clean cut, professional, and well-spoken for face-to-face meetings with high-end clients

must possess a clean driver's license and willing to occasionally cover trips if needed

must be available over holidays and weekends

Some of your duties would include, but not limited to:

heavy phone work and emails with high-end clients

administrative duties including spreadsheets (ie. Excel and Google docs), creating proposals, and invoicing

fleet management (cleaning out vehicles, managing registrations and licensing)

recruiting, training, scheduling, and managing drivers

networking and marketing with various resorts and hotels throughout the Tahoe area

occasional Reno trips for errands

trips to the DMV (not a highlight, but unfortunately, necessary!)

overseeing our office and shop

There are many facets to our business, most of which you will be involved with. You will play a HUGE role in helping us grow and maintain our business, with a lot of room for advancement within the company.

Hours are estimated to be between 20-40 hours per week based on experience and availability. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong aspiration to contribute and to truly be a part of small company that is growing quickly.

Compensation is also based on experience and performance.
