Community Association Manager (CAM)

This position is responsible for managing multiple (7-10) Community Associations. The CAM coordinates with their HOA Board Members on routine and ongoing projects; communicates needs and information among managers, homeowners, and vendors; ensures information is up to date and accurate. The CAM will perform a wide variety of administrative services including escrow and title demands, creating an annual budget, scheduling and leading HOA Board meetings, etc.
Required Experience and Certifications:
Must hold an up-to-date CACM or CAI certification. Prior experience managing for HOA Boards is required. Hotel and/or hospitality experience is also helpful. Applicant must be able to demonstrate prior experience in:
Organizing and Leading HOA Board Meetings
Creating annual budgets
Creating meeting minutes
Communicating with HOA Board Members
If not already certified for California, this person will need to attend three CACM courses and must pass the exams to obtain full certification. Work may require some travel to attend CACM educational classes toward full certification. Travel and education expenses will be paid for by the company with some stipulations.
This is a full-time year round benefited position.
