Painter needed. If your skilled, reliable and detail oriented send me an email and leave your number. Also leave a brief description of your skills. Must be able to match paint. If your a flake, please don't waste my time. This would be a great opportunity for the right person. My main focus for a painter would be the small in and out jobs. If you could do it all from start to finish even better.
Also looking for someone who can fabricate and weld. Someone who would also like to learn to do high end auto body, paint, mechanical and everything. A creator who looks at something and says, I can build that or I can fix that. I am willing to look at any experience level and maybe even train the right person. However you have to be a doer. What I can teach, you would pay big money at a tech school.
What I'm looking for, someone who is artistic and a fast learner. A self learner that has drive to succeed in everything they do and isn't a little cry baby that doesn't want to work. Am I asking too much?, if so don't waste my time or yours
Lastly I am not an asshole Boss that will run you into the ground. I just want someone who wants the best for themselves as I do. I want some who does what it takes during the week and is able to have that valuable family time on the weekend. I will be straight with you. I won't give you any B.S., I don't play that. Everything I do, I take pride in and deliver a great product. I do not do hack work and neither should you.
If your the right person, you could make some serious I'm small right now but things are taking off at a very rapid pace. However at the same time I am not looking to get huge. I want a small tightly run and efficient shop where the people who work for me are happy, I'm not greedy and I don't need a big headache. I want simple as possible and I'm open to change to find a better way. To me it's important to be grounded and in touch with the people who work for me. My goal is to have an environment that is positive and is able to be better through communication and the ability to adapt to change.
