Responsible to Gather and Audit all the Timecards and Submit on Time Every Payroll Cycle
Ensure compliance with all Quality Control Measures, Testing Requirement, and Inspection of Each Project(s)
Responsible for Maintaining a Full Understanding of all Equipment Capabilities and have the Ability to Plan the Safe and Proper Usage of all Equipment within the Scope and Schedule of Each Project(s)
Review Plans & Project Documents with Project Manages to Ensure the Correct Scope of Work
Maintain Pre-Construction Documentation and Schedules
Attend Regular Meetings In and Out of Office
Track, Record, & Report CMU/Brick/Veneer Counts to Project Manager Daily
Daily Material Inventory
Ability to Recognize when RFIs & Change Orders are Needed & Able to Send to the Proper Recipients
Positive Attitude
Supervise a Crew of up to 30 Employees & Prioritize Work
Reads and Follows Plans, Material Lists, and Guidelines and Applies Necessary Timelines
Enforce All Company Safety Policies and Procedures
Specific Requirements:
Must Be Bilingual- English / Spanish
5 Years of Masonry Field Superintendent Experience
