We are looking to hire new members to join our culinary knife making company!
Established in San Francisco in 2011, Town Cutler is a trusted provider of culinary goods and services for San Francisco's rich culinary world. We opened up our manufacturing warehouse in Oakland, CA in 2015, to which we are relocating to Reno. We then opened up our second retail location in Chicago in the fall of 2017. We provide high-end cutlery and expert sharpening services to professional chefs, discerning culinary enthusiasts, and home cooks.
We run a multifaceted business, at the core of which has been our premier Town Cutler brand knives. We make 100-200 knives a month, so this position requires a great deal of hard work and focus. We will teach you our process, but you must be good with your hands, comfortable around knives and machinery, able to take direction, and understand the importance of working safely and efficiently. The people we are looking for needs to have dedication, be a quick learner, problem solver, and be good with people. We have a passion for enduring handmade goods and strive to continue to grow manufacturing.
We are a small and tight crew, who are focused on the larger goal, and work as a team. We are fun, hardworking, and love what we do.
