This is a SON and Father Company. No, that phrase was not a mistake. Both OWNERS are Drivers; fact is the Father is a BUSTER BROWN DRIVER for 23 years and the Son was a BED BUG HAULER. While we are talking lingo, this is an Iron Hanging company and we pay you to do it. The way it should be.

This job is as ADVERTISED, no gimmicks or fine print to get you to apply and then walk it back. We pay high wages because we are looking for the best of the best in the industry. Our customers know we provide top notch service and their willing to pay for this level of service; so, we need the best drivers and we pay for the best drivers. We do not take just any drivers so please make sure you meet the following criteria below before applying. However, we understand that drivers have bumps and bruises on their records. We take this in to account when making our decisions. Feel free to call and let us get to know you, instead of some ink on an application.

We are a family owned business, we are financially stable; you will not have to worry about your paycheck; being shorted stop pay or detention time, like the big carriers or single truck owners.

You will talk to the same dispatcher on a daily basis that knows who you are, what you like and has run the same roads as you. If you like certain lanes, want more or less miles, just let your dispatcher know or one of the owners. Their door is always open and the phone on.

If you have suggestions, we want to hear about them. Some of our best changes came from a driver, we care what you have to say. That's why we give our drivers a voice in our weekly office meetings.

We are honest and direct, we don't promise false things to hire you. So, we don't have to change what we promised to keep you. Our ranks are filled with long term team members. Fact is most hires are still with us. Our Driver retention makes the larger carriers drool with envy.

We have more Miles than you can run. Home time that makes you feel like a local driver and a pay check that lets you enjoy it.

Normal runs are a day out maybe two, with most resets at home and on the WEEKEND. You prefer it and so do we.

Maintenance is done while you are watching the game or doing the honey do list on the weekend.

Our typical runs are the Western 11 our focus is on NV, OR, WA, AZ, UT this allows us to keep you close to home. Notice that CA is not on that list. We run it only if a driver wants it.

Class A tractor/trailer driver with minimum 2 years of verifiable experienceage 25+

Clean MVR preferred. We are happy to look at it on a case by case bases.
