As SNC's corporate team, we provide the company and its business areas with strategic direction and business support spanning executive management, finance and accounting, operations, human resources, legal, IT, information security, facilities, marketing, and communications. Responsibilities:
  • Administer the document management repository, which houses company policies, procedures as well as other formats of business process content (infographics, video, etc.).
  • Coordinates and performs document change control process including receipt, quality checks, review/approval cycle, notification to relevant employees, and retention of controlled content.
  • Manages the content database including the data configurations/document attributes and how employees organize content for easy access.
  • Promotes use of documentation standards and best practices, working closely with Process Owners, Quality Managers, Internal Auditors, and Process Writers.
  • Provide document training/consultations to departments' designated support staff.
  • Serves as Customer Service point of contact (POC) for employees and leadership.

Skills Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree with 1 year relevant experience; or High School Diploma with 4 years relevant work experience
  • Strong skills in Word, Excel, Adobe PDF, PowerPoint and Visio.
  • Customer service oriented with confidence to interface with all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with document control / configuration management practices.
  • Experience with documentation best practices & formats
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain information clearly.
  • Strong administrative/organizational skills with an extreme attention to detail.
  • General technical savviness with business software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize and independently manage own workload.

Preferred:
  • Background of responsibility in document control, writing, and/or audits preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in business or English
