Position Summary-

We are seeking an experienced hands-on engineer who is a technical leader with the capability to work in cross functional groups. You'll develop quality standards for our software products and you'll also be responsible for the development and execution of software test plans. Principle Accountabilities - Work closely with product management and development teams as well as technology leadership and business stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive test plans and suites that cover the full range of functionality in our custom developed applications- Develop accurate and relevant closed-loop QA processes, identify defects and execute associated remediation plans to improve supporting assets • Monitor and report on quality metrics and perform analysis on issues found • Continuously look for opportunities to streamline QA processes, improve SLA and improve quality - Keep abreast of latest technology trends and provide recommendations on how new technologies and processes could help improve the team Position Requirements- The ideal candidate will be accustomed to working in a very fast paced team environment. Must be decisive, drive results through others and offer constructive criticism when appropriate. Desired Technical Skills - Bachelor's degree BSCIS/BSCS/BSCE or equivalent experience. Experience manually testing and writing automation suites to verify complex SaaS applications/platforms in an Agile software development environment • Experience with project and test management software such as Azure DevOps or Jira for project planning and test management • Experience with cloud-based technologies and thorough understanding of how those technologies work and interact • Experience with coding in C# and SQL strongly desired People Skills - 3-5 years of experience managing direct reports - The ability to present information in a user-friendly language. - Initiative, can-do attitude and a compulsion to lean forward into goals and objectives - Ability to work well within a fast-paced, collaborative, team-oriented environment - Excellent communication skills, both written and oral - Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Job type: Full-time.
