Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial General Manager with proven strong product expertise to establish Cash App as the leading FinTech app in the UK. This role is based in Dublin, Ireland and reports directly to the Head of Global Product (based in San Francisco).

You will be responsible for:

  • Product: defining and executing the product roadmap (what we launch, when we launch it)

  • Unit Economics: understanding product economics (pricing/cost implications of those products and how they have been structured)

  • Acquisition: building a powerful, efficient and scalable acquisition model (marketing, growth strategies, and brand)

You must excel at all three aspects to succeed. This role will work closely with a dedicated development team (Engineering, Design) and cross functional foundational teams (Compliance, Regulatory, Tax, Customer Support, and Operations) to realize this goal. Together, this agile team will rapidly expand our UK offering, strengthen our product market fit and accelerate our growth.

Qualifications

You Have:

  • 15+ years of product management / general management / entrepreneurial experience

  • Strong track record of building world class consumer products at scale

  • A humble and scrappy get-it-done mindset

  • Strong strategic thinking, problem solving, and logical structuring abilities

  • Experience working within a globally distributed team
