In this role you will have 2key focuses-
For Loss Prevention Specialist you will focuson preventing shrinkage bymonitoring security cameras, following procedures around recovery andpromotinga safe environment for boththe team and customers.
As Cashier you will be responsible for making sure that the store takings balance each day and store financial records are submitted on time. You will also assist with customer service queries so previous experience in a customer service industry including experience in complaint resolution is important.
Please note this is a permanent part time position covering the following shifts:- Wednesday: Loss Prevention 1:00pm-5:00pm
- Thursday: Loss Prevention 11:00am-5:00pm
- Friday: Cashier 6:30am-10:30am and Loss Prevention 10:30am-3:00pm
- Saturday: Cashier 7:30am-11:30am and Loss Prevention 11:30am-4:00pm
Qualifications
Ideally you will have:
- Proven experience in retail
- Experience and interest in Loss Prevention
- Able to cope under pressure
- Ability to think of your feet and problem solve
- Capable of being on your feet for long periods of time
