Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunityThe School is looking for high quality researchers and innovative teachers who are prepared to take leadership roles within the faculty and university, Pouako/Pūkenga/Lecturer or Pouako Matua/ Pūkenga Matua/Senior Lecturer or Ahonuku/Associate Professor.Applicants from all areas within the law discipline are welcome, however, the faculty is especially interested in applicants with expertise in the core curriculum, including criminal law, property law and equity. Expertise in commercial law,  company law,  banking and finance, employment law, law and technology and human rights law is also of interest.  It is a requirement of appointment that successful applicants teach into the core courses, including first year courses.Applications at any level from lecturer through to associate professor are welcome.This is a full-time (40 hours per week), permanent opportunity.
Remuneration for each role is dependent on qualifications, skills and experience. 
Lecturer - $91,328 - $109,099 per annum
Senior Lecturer - $116,108 - $145,433 per annum
Associate Professor - from $151,752 per annum
Part-time appointments may be available by negotiation.
